Snowy Morning today, but a rather wet snow. Still, it is sticking and starting to build up.   We need the moisture here in Montana and the skiing just gets better the more it snows!  Hunting for Big Game ended in November, so it is now time to look to the winter sports for fun in the outdoors...

Last week, in the middle of a snowstorm, and I showed property up in the Missouri Breaks in Central Montana.  Beautiful area with pine trees and lots of seclusion, but way off the beaten path.  On a nicer day earlier in the week, when it was 60 plus degrees, I showed a property in the Bull Mountains with power and again lots of pine trees, an area only about 40 miles north of Billings and just 10 miles south of Roundup (pop 2000).

They (the real estate gurus) say the real estate market is suppose to be improving and based on my phone ringing, it seems to be true.   There are plenty of great deals currently as people have priced their land to sell, so it is a good time to buy.  Of course, if the market improves, it won't be long before we start seeing the prices move upward again.  Let me know if I can be of help to you in finding some land for your dreams.
